Boost your confidence in your aircraft, spend a weekend with us doing an owner assisted annual inspection, or we can come to your location to complete it there. When we complete your Annual Inspection all of the maintenance due items, both calendar and hourly are entered into a maintenance tracking program and by sending us your TACH time occasionally we can update your due list and send you a current report, additionally we can include a BFR or medical requirement on the list anything you need. Our program has predictive due date technology so if you do not update it for a while it is still tracking your hours using your previous usage.

Keep your Aircraft in top condition Annual inspections are important to ensure your safety and the safety of your passengers. For a new plane, the first 5 years do not produce many discrepancies, but as they get older they crack, corrode, and wear, the challenge is to find these problems before they cause a canceled flight, emergency landing, or worse. Annual inspections are not about signing off your inspection . They are the objective of your aircraft maintenance provider to assure the reliability of your aircraft as it was designed. In order to finding those items that are prone to fail, during an annual inspection we need to check each item for security, this is done by putting your hand on it and shaking it, A diligent Inspection requires thorough visual inspection with good lighting mirrors and magnifying glass, sometimes Non destructive testing is also required . I do the best I can to prevent premature failure, that is how I have kept a 40-year accident free record. Here are just a few items I have found. Be safe out there!

Annual Inspection Pricing
$400.00 Owner assisted annual for singe engine: includes 4 hours for me to inspect, additional hours are billed at $50 per hour. Please call for rates for owner assisted for other size airplanes
If you complete everything required 4 hours of my time is enough to cover it. Please expect to spend 10 to 40 hours of your time working on your own aircraft.
All inspections are Completed using Manufactures' Maintenance manual guide. Servicing and repairs other than what is included in the inspection guide is charged in addition to the listed price at $50.00 per hour.
